Day 2,3 and 4: Twist and Twist outs

For the past 3 days I have been wearing twists. This has helped me maintain my moisture in my hair since oil literally just sit on top of my hair. My Hair feels amazingly soft!!

How I did it

Moisturizing Hair:
Spray bottle full of Warm H2O
1/2 tsp of coconut oil
aloe vera juice

Sealing Ends:
Shea Butter Mix
Coconut oil

Hair Utensils:
My Fingers!

I left these twist in my hair for 3 days and it left my twist super defined and super soft and moisturized without that oily feel.

Lovely twist.

I love how clean this looked! I wish it would
stay looking like this.

My Bangs drive me crazy right now.

Excuse my baby's laundry basket and wipes box. lol

I do not know why the back of my hair frizzes up.
It can never stay in a nice style. I did oil
my ends too! Still very dry.
-Low Porosity Problems-

Results to my "Bantu Knot Hair Stretching"

I have been pretty busy and I didn't get to post the results to my bootleg Bantu knots. =) But Initially did them just to stretch out my hair. SO that being said here they are!

This is the right side

The Back. Looks dry huh? Its actually not.
Gotta Love Low Porosity hair!

The Left Side
This look I didn't do much at all! I just put the front back and pinned it. I am really trying to stay away from styling my hair so much and just focusing on preventing breakage.

The Benefits of Vitamin E oil!

Finally! I have received my wonderful Vitamin E oil! Whoop Whoop! So I did my research and discovered the many great benefits of Vitamin E oil! Since I am on a Journey for healthier skin and hair, I knew this was a must buy on my list!

The Benefits of Vitamin E Oil:

Hair Benefits:
Increased circulation of the scalp, which is beneficial for healthy hair growth. (Right down my alley huh!)
Prevents breakage

Skin Benefits:
Prevents the formation of wrinkles
Supports new skin cell growth
Used as scar treatment
Prevent and repairs free radical damage
Pure vitamin E oil helps rehydrate cuticles and smooth them as well

Vitamin E oil is also a natural preservative. I will definitely be remaking my Shea butter mixes and oils including Vitamin E oil. Once I am done using my Burt's Bees products I will make my own oiling mix too. Cant wait to Test these out and share with you all!
